This is for coffee drinkers

Many of us drink a cup in the morning to help kick on before work or school. Those of you that drink it consistently, do you find that without that cup it's that much harder to wake up and get started in the morning?

  1. Definitely addictive.  Been a regular coffee drinker for 20 years and if I don't have coffee or some other form of caffeine twice a day I get a wicked headache from the withdrawal.


  2. it is not harder but, i simply can't live without my coffee. it doesn't help me get started in the morning, but it does keep me awake.  

  3. no, because there are days that I do not have coffee at all, espcially during the summer when I am off, I wake up at 11am and the coffee in the brewer was brewed at 6:30 am so I am not drinking that. But if I work i always have at least 2 coffees. I work at Dunkin Donuts, so I get all the coffee that I want. But for school, I always drink a cup because I need that boost

  4. I cannot function without it...I tried going without and it just wasn't happening.

  5. To me a morning coffee is mandatory! I need a strong one to keep me going through the day... I can't imagine waking up and not smelling a fresh cup of coffee first thing in the morning! That's just really wrong!

    I also love one eventually in the afternoon, but not real coffee just some Starbucks dessert as I call it!

The addictive nature of caffiene is a given, and the real destruction this will cause in your body, just check it out.  Thank the heavens coffee is so obtainable caffiene FREE and is easy to go into,  You just throw away that other stuff. Hold your nose and drink up, really hot as you can stand it, finish. See, not too bad at all.  Suggest you start on it when you really crave a decent cup of coffee and do not go back to the cruel stuff, and the best part is you will wake up, drinkup and be real ready to go, everytime.  Use caffiene pills only when you're  desparate.

    I roast my own. I brew through a mesh filter, from beans ground in a Zassenhaus mill. 205 degrees. Two cups, every morning, without fail. 10 ounce mug, two packets of sugar, and French Vanilla creamer. I will not attempt to do anything, other than maybe breath, before that first cup.

  8. I have to my cup of coffee, if not in the morning then any other time of day.

    If I don't have it in the morning I find I get really tired earlier in the day.

  9. i work at starbucks and i got into the habit of taking upwards of 12 shots of espresso a day and i never got jittery or weird or anything. i would get massive migraines without my coffee. i finally dont need it anymore but it still helps relieve headaches when nothing else works. and i quit smoking so my teeth are white again :)
