This is for people that really know webkinz: i put forgot password and when i put the new password not working

If the new password is not working, go to forgot password and type in your pets secret code. Good Luck!!! :-)

You can press forgot password again and put the code in again and then it will give you a new one that you can change to whatever you want.  That happened to me before.

You have to type in your user name then the secret code that was on the stuffed animal's tag when you bought it.  If you threw out the tag, your out of luck until you can remember your password.  Did you enter the code? Then it should work, try again later.
