  2. You've not really asked a coherent question...

    But "mitosis" is the process of a diploid cell dividing to produce two identical, diploid "daughter cells".

    "Meiosis" is the process of a diploid cell dividing to give four haploid "daughter cells" (usually gametes - eggs or sperm).

    And "cytokinesis" is the part of both mitosis and meiosis where the cell physically divides in two (as opposed to the chromosomes inside the cell dividing, or any of the other parts of cell division).
