I had this guy from Dustin & sons Home improvement come to my house. His name Is micheal zimmerman, we did up a contract and payed him 6,000 we where sure we did everything we should, had a contract, made him get a permit. he said he was licensed and I was sure you had to be to get a permit, come to find out he isnt and put a fake license # down ,now the people at the permit office said he didnt need one for that small of a job so they never checked. he made a big mess left live wires hanging out of my walls and took down some of the ceiling its in my grage,he was supose to make it a room ,I just had twins and realy needed it. he never did what is on the contract and left trash all over in my yard and he got the suplies and left them out side they have been there for 2 ms now. I filed in small clames and he is dodging the paper work. my husband is in the mil and going over sea's soon so if he dont get it soon I dont know what Ill do. DO any of you know what I should do?
