i have to run 28km in a week-got any preparation tips? thanks xo

  2. In the run, Go slooow at first, and about halfway if  your not tired then pick up the pace, just not too much.

    Eat carbs the night before. Fruit for breakfast the day of, so you feel lighter. Fruits also have sugars that will release gradually but give you lots of energy. Run normally until two days before, then walk. Good luck!

  3. Start much slower than you think you can cope with.  Its easy to get caught up in the moment and find yourself charging off just to hit the wall further down the road.

    Its better to finish with a tiny bit to spare than to stagger over the line, collapse, puke and never do it again!
