I have mild acne, and school starts in 8 days. Do you think i can get rid of most of it by then? What can I do? The most detailed answer will be awarded best answer.

Any tips, secrets anything, i don't care even if i have to go out and buy something (I prefer not to, though).

  1. Think you do it? Go vegan all raw for this period of time as a cleanse - 99% chance it'll work. Also - no make up except for mascara or lipstick for that time.

Look online for raw eating recipes and tips. You don't have to do just carrot sticks... It can be fun if you have a good attitude. To keep it away, try:

    1. high fiber - try to get 30 gram daily - Metamucil doesn't count

    2. no or very little animal products

    3. whole grains only (lots of them - even pasta)

    4. lots of fruits and veggies (little added, lots of raw

    5. little or no sugar/sugary foods (sweeten occasionally with dates or similar)

    6. little or no chocolate

    7. lots of water.

Go to www.sdachip.org for ideas and recipes.

  2. You should organize a bukake.  This nice facial will clear up your skin in no time. Email me and I will join in on the fun.

  3. Wash your face with oxipads or stridex pads in the morning and the night. Then use oxi or stridex pimple cover up cream day and night, you should see less acne in 8 days. Also, avoid chocolate and greasy foods. Pads and cream should be less than 10 bucks, but your looks is priceless. Warning: Pads can burn a little bit but that is just the stuff working. When you get used to it, it will start to feel refreshing.

  4. okay i got the odd spot here and there. i have found clearasil clean and clear is the most amazing thing i have ever came across... seriously! it is fantastic!! also oil of olay sensitive skin ream for afters is also great

    =D

  5. When I was young I used white resin glue. Yep plain old white liquid glue. Rub it on fairly thick on affected area when dry peel off. All kinds or nasty stuff will come out of your pores with it (gross) but it works it will feel like your face is breathing at first but your skin will clear up. If you need to get close to your hair (eyebrows or whatever) rub hairy area with Vaseline first so you don't take the hair off like waxing. You'll be clear in a week if you do it everyday.

  6. I heard putting toothpaste on your zits at night drys them up, go to a doctor and get some prescribed creams to keep your face clear all year:)

  7. yes, it's possible to clear your acne in this amount of time.. it's not guaranteed, but you can do your best to clear a lot of it up.

the products i would most recommend are proactive and clearasil., which you can find, well pretty much every grocery/drugstore/pharmacy. [clearasil is usually a bit easier to find.. but you shouldn't have trouble with either.]

a home remadies you could try, is to use rubbing alcohol on the affected area, and then put mint toothpaste on it.. and it will dry it up.

also be sure to use lots of clarifying moisturizers, so you're skin won't get dried out. [I like aveeno clear complexion daily moisturizer. it works great!] you could try using an exfoiliating facial mask every once and a while too [which you can buy at any drugstore or grocery store].!

If you have acne problems long term, you could visit your Doctor or pharmacist, and get some prescribed acne cream, to clear it up hopefully for good.

Finally, if you can't get it fully cleared up to your satisfaction in time for school, you could use some foundation and or cover-up [if you are comfortable with using makeup], which matches your skin tone and cover it up as best you can... usually a pretty good job can be done of that.

To prevent future acne and breakouts, wash your face in the morning and night before bed, use good face wash for acne prone skin, use astringent [or toner], moisturize every day, and when you get a breakout, put some proactive clearasil [or whatever you have], on it right away, so it won't get worse and it will go away faster. also avoid fatty and greasy foods, as they can contribute to your face being more oily.

Hope my answer helped!! Good luck with clearing it up! :)

  8. aloe vera worked excellent for me. just wash your face with a mild facial washing lotion or gel and apply aloe vera on your skin. it helps within a few days and can be used long term.

washing your face with mild sage tea is extremly helpfull. you can cook the tea and when it gets pleasently warm, just wash your face in it. you can do it a few times a day. it has an anti-inflamatory effect on your skin.
