If you hadn't had your period yet and you take birth control, and you get to the ones that make you have your period, would you have a period?

No, as the pills taken in the menstruating week are purely sugar pills to continue the routine of taking a daily pill.  However, the effects of taking low dose oral pill prior to puberty is probably not a great idea.
