i sleep with a bra on and mine seem to be shrinkin [ive lost weight tho,may be why] but seriously, its ok. i need to sleep with a bra on or they'll hurt

Yes.

You need to take off your  bra as much as possible, sleep without your bra, try not to wear a bra when no one is home.

The tighter your bra is the worse it is, because the cells are being compressed and they grow into each other.

no. it is good to wear a bra all the time because it keeps them from getting droopy

if you wear an under wire bra while you are sleeping  it apparently can cause breast cancer i don't  believe this but i don't think it is very good to wear a bra whilst I'm sleeping under wire or not under wire

I sleep with my bra on 80% of the time and it never stopped my b*****s from growing lol!

If they are going  to grow then they will definately grow!

It just takes time! therefor, dont worry!

So sleep with it on or off and they will grow!!!
