This is kinda weird?

ok my dentist told me my teeth could not be any cleaner

and that they are nice and healthy

but i spend less than a minute cleaning a day

and eat allot of sweet food

how come they are so good

This is the kind of thing that creeps up on you, keep an eye on it, otherwise you'll be a candidate for dentures ;-)
