ok here is something my soccer coach told me......soccer is a gentlemans sport played by brutes and rugby is a brutes sport played by gentlemen

  2. footballers and the supporters tend to be a bit common compared to  rugby players and supporters. Also, rugby players are a lot harder than football players and don't require a stretcher to carry them off the pitch when they fall over. This would also suggest that rugby players are more honest.

  11. its not just the players its the fans to rugby fans of opposing teams will drink together after a game soccer fans usually fight [especially in England]

    though after watching a couple of soccer world cup games soccer players are far better actors
