  1. Yes - A & B.  Make sure it fits (ATX or Micro ATX is the standard) and the Power supply is for ATX or P4 or both.

    * NOT C because, the less PCI Slots on the board usually means more integrated peripherals, so "NOT an ISSUE."

    * I never chose D because its the TYPE, not AMOUNT that's important when upgrading the board.  Newer boards are DDR2 RAM and not DDR.

  2. that is what I would choose given this information.  

    If you not to upgrade everything, you will want to make sure it supports the current memory, and not be as concerned with the power supply.
