This is my first time visiting italy, who can tell me what are the best places for young adults?

me and my husband are going for the first time to italy and we like to go out at night like a nice cafe or a nice club. the first two days we will be in rome and the rest of week we will be traveling to another city we dont know yet the itinerary

Maybe go to - San Marino, Rimini along the coast.

A nice change, Beach and small city etc. Not to far by train. ok

But in the summertime you'll find a lot of clubs on the Riviera Romagnola, in Emilia Romagna - Rimini, Riccione and so on.

If you are traveling all the way to Italy you MUST MUST MUST experience Venice.  It is such an awesome city and so full of culture and history...And it has to be one of the most romantic places anywhere --- Be sure to spend the money and go on a gondola ride....
