This is my pokemon team... rate and write suggestions?

this is my pkmn team...

lv 35- haunter= shadow punch, shadow ball, sucker punch, posion jab

lv 35- luxaray=thunder bolt, thunder, spark, strenght

lv 35-floatzel= surf, ice fang, blizzard, crunch

lv 35-torterra= earth quake, razor leaf, sunny day, rock smash

lv 35-staraptor= fly, wing attack, areial ace, close combat

lv 30-lucario= flash cannon, focus blast, brick break, shadow claw

I need some traning advices so i can lv them to 40, so i can defeat the 7th gym leader.. please and thank you!

lv 30-lucario= flash cannon, focus blast, brick break, shadow claw

---first of all, take thunder off luxray and put iron tail
--if you got :: diamond-Catch Murkrow and evolve it with dusk stone to get Hounchrow
           Pearl-Catch Misdreavous and evolve it with dusk stone to get Mismagius
-***Lose Haunter please- not very good pokemon
--Staraptor is good
--Floatzel is good, but i would recomend you getting Gastrodon due to its water/ground type
--Torterra is good, as you need a ground/grass type
--Lose lucario and your only option is to catch Ponyta and evolve it to rapidash at level 40. you really need a fire type pokemon especially against candice.
