  1. Instead of two hundred plain sit ups, I'd add some oblique crunches to my routine.  Straight up and down sit ups only help the rectus abdominals, which are the front muscle on your tummy.  To really get a flat stomach, you need to work the obliques.

Go to this link and look for the oblique workout.  You don't have to use any special equipment.

I'd say start doing oblique workouts and drop down on the straight sit ups- make it a one hundred one hundred ratio eventually.

  2. i'll give you a thumbs up for at least realizing to get a flat stomach it isn't about just working those muscles. Otherwise i think it looks good as long as you eat healthy too.

  3. You didn't mention what your diet is like. That plays a major role in how successful you will be at achieving your goal.

    Try the following routine:

    10 pushups

    15 squats

    10 pushups

    15 squats

    10 pushups

    15 squats

    15 Hanging leg raises

    5 - 10 pullups

    15 Hanging leg raises

    5 - 10 pullups

    15 Hanging leg raises

    5 - 10 pullups

Then go for a run. 10 sescond sprint and 2 minute jog 5 - 8 times.

Make sure you are taking enough proteins and also enough carbs in your breakfast and post workout.

  4. well It sounds good to me...thankgod you understand that cardio is needed to lose belly fat as well as abs targeted workouts. My stomach is really flat now and I have been running and doing this 10min ab workout....Your crunches are the only thing I would change...If you do the same 200 crunches a day then by the end of the week your stomach will be used to it. I suggest changing up the ab workout from week to week. My ab workout includes like 15 different foarms (not just regular crunches). Keep You Abs in tight while running and doing all exercises (they will help to protect your back) Keep up the good work...o and you might want to change your diet up a bit depending on what it is now :)
