I have a euro -pro shark 361 that I just bought to sew heavier fabrics. WHen I got it , it powers up, i can manually sew, no resistance, but it acts as if it is stuck in the bobbin winding mode. I hear the motor going, but the needle doesnt move and the feeddog does not move. The bobbin winder is on top and I have switched it a few times but, neither of those are moving either. Any suggestions ? Thanks
