Ok im 18 and my girlfriend is 18 as well. We have been dating for about 5 months now. But everytime we do any sexual type stuff i get all worried that she will become pregnant. But the thing is that we dont even have s*x. We do like mutual masturbation (gross i know but hear me out please) and stuff but no s*x and i make up ways in my mind that somehow she got pregnant. My girlfriend does not worry so i know im over reacting on this. How do i calm my paranoid feeling? Should we just stop what we do? Or is what we do completely safe and wont lead to a pregnancy?

It is basically guaranteed that she can't get pregnant without actual intercourse.

If you stress out over sexual type things, then you should really educate yourself before you do them again. Go to Planned Parenthood or another reliable website, and just read your little brains out on what can and cannot get you pregnant.

if you want something comeplety safe that wont cause pregnancy then the answer to that is DONT HAVE ANY s*x AT ALL :) but i know that hard to do ... so have her get on the pill ... if you are that worried about it why dont you consider a visectomy? yes this is reversable in case you decide to change your mind in the later future and have a kid. that way you are in comeplete control of when you would like to have a baby or not. ... You can DEFINITELY still get pregnant without having s*x if any s***n can find it's way into her body. It's not common, but it could happen.

She should just go on the Pill. It's so effective and as long as she takes it regularly, you have nothing to worry about (except STDs..)

And hey, when you do start having intercourse, you may want to ask your partner if she is interested in starting a birth control method, that way if you wear condoms as well, you'll be protected twice.
