This is serious now. I need money!?

Question

Ok, so i asked about money in another question and didnt that many good answers...but it's serious now. we might lose our house. Alright..I'm 14 and i really want to help. Does anybody have any good ways to make money online? I've tried a bunch and now I'm scared. My parents don't even want to bother "wasting time" with online stuff...so please help.

Posting babysitting available notices to your neighbors. Walking the dog(s) for someone. Cutting grass/raking leaves. Errand person. Shopping for stuff they cannot get out of the house to buy. Become a paper girl and deliver newspapers (you'll need to rise before the sun does!), Tutor younger kids. Doing laundry for someone. Ironing also. Washing their car/waxing it in their yard.

taking surveys online can get you a lot of money, unfortunately you get paid every month..I don't know how fast you need the cash...

Kaylee, if your parents are about to loose their home, there is really not a whole lot that you can do. You are only 14, and no amount of babysitting or online surveys are going to fix the mess your parents are in. I am sorry, and I know you want to help, but you are too young to be able to do any of the things which would actually help your parents. When someone looses a home, they are usually in a lot of debt. They probably need someone who would loan them a large sum of money (like a bank.... or a rich uncle).

I do online surveys because, like you, I thought it might be a good way to get a little extra income. Well, I really only get about $10 a month. It really won't help the situation your family is in, and your parents are right to tell you to not waste your time with it.

I am sorry Kaylee, but this is a mess your parents need to figure out. You are still so young, you won't be able to help much, except by cutting costs where you can. Walk to school instead of getting rides (saves gas), turn off lights and computers when you are not using them, maybe even eat less or buy cheaper foods. Pack a lunch instead of buying.

Remember, it's not your job to fix this. You can't. Just be supportive.
