This is so confusing?

ok how can you cut someone out from a picture and put it in another picture to make it apear as if the person was actually there on photoshop? plz dont tell me to buy a dvd. thank you

Use the crop select tool (Adobe Photoshop) + holding down the shift key to select all the area you want;  then copy and paste

well, if it's a totally diff bg, you'd have to copy the image of the person onto the other image. Then take the eraser tool (I'm assuming you have a decent image editing program like Paint shop pro or photoshop if not you really can't do anything) set the hardness to around 90. Then erase the surrounding bg. If it's the same bg, or close enough to blend. Just erase the parts that you don't want there using different hardness levels depending on the image.

edit: oh you have photoshop xD sorry, I'm pretty forgetful sometimes.
