This is so cool! :) When did this happen to you?

Question

I've been feeling my little one kick for three weeks now.. Ive been trying to get my fiance to hold my tummy and feel for kicks too, but my bub doesnt kick too often so my fiance gets tired and rolls over.. LOL

Well Yesterday I had a really rough day.. (read my profile)

so i asked him to please just wait a little longer to see if the baby would kick.. Well I thought the bub had went to sleep b/c I hadnt felt him move for a while. So we agreed to wait until the next night.. Well I started feeling twitches and told him to put his hand on my tummy.. and right after the baby kicked as hard as he ever has!! He felt it, finally! So, that encouraged him to keep holding my belly and he felt it over and over again.. He said it felt so weird, in a good way.. because he actually felt my tummy skin lift up.. It was so cute!

This is my first baby so i'm really excited!

When did your partner feel your baby for the first time? Was he excited? I want to hear lots of happy stories. :)

I first felt my baby move from the outside when I was 20 weeks.  My husband felt her when I was 22 weeks because every other time when he would put his hand there she would stop moving cheeky little girl...lol

My parents did this with me, at night they'd get a flashlight and put it on my moms stomach, and i'd punch the light or kick at it.

I'm 5 months pregnant and I love to put my cold water bottle on top of my stomach and watch her kick it off. She is so cute. Her father is just completely amazed and in love.

I am 30 weeks pregnant and have been feeling my baby since week 17, but my placent is in the front , so it is not easy to feel just by holding my belly, but couple weeks ago we were at the movies and my husband put his and on top of my belly, just a second later the baby kicked harder than ever and he finally felt it. We both were very excited. Our first baby also.

well i didnt feel my baby until like 20 weeks, but when i did start feeling her all i have to do is lay on my back for mabye 45 seconds and she starts squirming around in there everytime!. well at like 21 weeks we were laying in bed and after she kicked once or twice i just grabed my boyfriends hand and put it on my stomach and BAM she kicked him. ha he was SOO excited. now im 36 weeks and he feels her all the time. sometimes we will just be sitting there and he will look over and can see my stomach moving around as she is squirming. so strange.

Hubby felt it around 27 weeks. Nothing exciting till the last 8 weeks. She bounces around when her sister talks to her.

My mom told me that when I was in her tummy and when her and dad were in bed sleeping I kicked so hard that I literally kick him out of bed. hehehehe I like my room!!!

I felt my baby kick around 18 weeks but it took another week for my husband to feel her kick. Even when he couldn't feel here, he would put his hand there and she'd kick away. Already loves daddy! He felt it around 19 weeks and was watching a movie at the same time he was holding my belly, she kicked and we both looked at each other and he had THE BIGGEST grin on his face that I had ever seen. He was like "Wow that is the most amazing thing.." Now, even if I'm sleeping he puts his hand on my stomach and in the morning tells me she was kicking away without me even knowing it. It was adorable though, I'll never forget the look he gave me. He about snorted pop out of his nose he was so amazed!! :) Good luck and congrats, thats so exciting!!

i can not exactly remember the first time but now when i lay against him at night and the baby begins to move he says "can you please ask our daughter to stop kicking me in the back."

this is baby number 4 for me and I could feel it move from 12 weeks but it took until 22 weeks ofr my partner to feel it because every time she kicked he didnt have his hand on my belly. now at 24 weeks my baby seems to sense touch and kicks all the time lol. the first time my partner felt it he sorta jumped and smiled lol
