  1. lets bet on it then you give me a 100 bucks and if the world ends I will give you a billion bucks!

  2. Throughout history there have been doom and gloom predictions like this. Don't give it a second thought.

  3. Oh God, don't believe this guy, The Bible says that no one knows time or the date, but if you want to feel ready when God actually comes read the Apocalypse, that will help you. I felt just as you an was not ready, but I started to read the Apocalypse and I feel totally great with the idea.

  4. no

  5. its possible there is many things that'll destroy the world for gamma ray burst(happens when a star dies) can kill us humans in 3-5 days then after 30 days everything else on earth will die('cept for certain amoebas underground) and that can happen anytime and there's nothing humans can do about it i could say we all die tomorrow and there is a possibility i could be right its like a blind guy throwing darts at a dart board

  6. The world will be ending on May 15, 2008....for some people

  7. yes it was in the book of  Nostradamus he predicted many of the worlds major events.

  8. Forget it! See if this guy has ever predicted his own lottery numbers and is a millionaire because of it.The Bible says "no man knows the day or hour".

  9. Its true.

Be at the last meeting by 1000 Thors day or be damned. $10.00 entrance fees apply.

Those who were at the last last meeting can get a discount if they show their tickets.

  10. Whoo hooo, No EXAMS THURSDAY!

I'm going out right now and blowing my student loans on a Hummer....so long suckers...................

  11. It's hogwash.  I suspect that your teacher is trying to get you to think critically (i.e. not believe what he/she is saying).

Many people in history have written many vague statements about possible future events.  Occasionally, there are enough similarities that someone will attempt to claim they match up with a modern event.  But it's only because the person claiming that is ignoring the 99.9% of things the person wrote that doesn't match anything.

Someone could read Moby d**k and claim it was prophetic, because some of the things in the story were similar to events on actual whaling ships.  But that would be silly.
