This is so embarassing! I feel like a bloated cow! my stomach is so bloated. what should i do?

I feel like i need to let out gas or something but it won't come out. its uncomfortable. help me before i explode!

  1. eat a few tums and go lay down on your side.

    or make a trip to taco bell, both work.


  2. You're probably just about to get your period or something. Eat healthy foods and drink water to hydrate. The more hydrated you are, the less your body retaines water.  

  3. mix some molasses in a glass of warm water. You'll get rid of enough gas to send up the Goodyear blimp...

  9. I experience the same thing a lot of the time; heres what I do:

    *Yoga stretches specific for constipation/bloating will help get things moving http://www.helpforibs.com/yoga/poses.asp...

    *Lying on your side with your knees up toward your stomach

    *Peppermint Tea

    *Activated charcoal in worse case scenario (I have never had to take it, but its an option if all else fails)

    Hope one of these works for you - it will eventually come out, so don't give up hope!
