No. He was clearly mentally ill. I don't believe in killing the mentally ill no matter what heinous acts they commit.

But then, I don't believe in killing the sane, either. I'm adamantly opposed to the death penalty, but that's a topic for another time.

Yes,  he killed John Lennon! Apparently the guy had mental problems but he still killed him. And if he has mental problems what good is he anyways? I think the whole thing about the mental problems is fake anyways and he is a just a waste of life and space. Well, he was mental to have killed John Lennon. Could you imagine how great it would be if he had not killed John Lennon? He would probably still be alive today.
