  1. How about a large room rug, (not nailed down just on top of the old rug.) and tapestries for the walls?Posters and paintings might work almost as well. Obviously you could also replace that "ugly" desk. Good luck.

  2. please post somt photos and be clearer in your question, as your grammar etc are all very confusing.

  3. Draw out your room on Paper. measure your room and on paper put down 4 feet to an inch, or what ever size works for you and now use the same formula and measure your furniture, and make paper cut outs and lay out you room and cut outs and move thing around and leave them that way for a day or so and look at them here and there, you will see what works best this way with out all the bull work. Choose a theme like oceans & sailboats or country flowers, Movie themes and so on for the walls and ceiling, Print off stuff from the internet, some printer will print very large pic but only 8X11 paper size, so you will have to put all the pics close together in the right order to get a 5X9 picture for the wall. you can use Picture Puddy to hang the pics so you don't put holes in the wall.

  4. In your internet address bar type: room planner. It should take you to HGTV. Then sketch our you room. When your done print screen it and put it in paint and save it. Then upload it on here so we can all see the current arrangement of your room and give suggestions.

  5. Replace the wall color by tacking up some fabric with thumb-tacks.

Choose your design, get a whole new perspective...

  6. You could paint the furniture a neutral color to play down the purple. Like an off-white or khaki color. And replacing the handles and k***s gives drawers a whole new look. You could also try hanging light neutral colored curtains on the windows and on the wall behind your bed. If you extend the rods beyond the sides of the windows it will make the windows appear larger and will also help cover and play down some of the wall color.
