This is to old lady, could you be more specific on your answer and where you found the info for 16 & under?

I need to find where it states that 16 and under are not eligible. I need to be able to research this completely.I lost my son due to a PWC accident!

  1. For an official answer to your question, try posting it here... http://myflorida.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/my... (Just click on ask a question at the top).  This is from the actual Florida Government and should be your best source for the facts.  

    You might also want to try talking to a lawyer, especially if you plan on taking any further legal action about what happened to you and your family.  

    I am sorry for your terrible loss and hope you finally resolve this question.
