This is weird but my gluteus maximus is having spasms..doesn't hurt but feels weird and out of place?

No, you just have some muscle fibers that are firing erratically.  It&#039;s irritating but there is not much you can do about it.  If you had pinched a muscle, you&#039;d be in PAIN!!!!!
