Breakfast: water, iron pill. Sounds appetizing doesn’t it?

Lunch: 2 tacos, easy on the cheese!

Dinner: a hotdog, easy on the ketchup, extra mustard.

(that was copied and pasted from my journal, that's why the wording is weird...and because I'm a psycho who likes to talk to myself in a quirky manner ;)

How can I make my meal plan healthier, without ridding of all the food I love?

  1. eat healthy foods that probably taste horrible...but at the end of the week..reward yourself with 1 little junky snack.!

  3. try del prado juices and nectars.....all the great flavors without to much guilt

  4. i dont know but eat breakfast.  sometimes its hard if you sleep in but it gets you energized for the day so that you feel like you can get up and exercise rather than sitting around eating snacks all day.
