This kind of thing has never happened to me before. Help please! What is this?

Okay last night i had this really weird experience. I went to bed around 11pm. Through the night I dreamt (I didn't feel quite like a dream) that I was talking to this guy I met on myspace named Nimo. I've never met this person in real life or talked to anyone named this but at the same time I knew him. I knew that I didn't like him tho so I said it was the middle of the night and i didn't want to talk to him. This was weird because it was like I was sleep walking but lying down I knew i was talking outloud but was in a trance. After i hung up I awoke with my phone and was like what just happend....Then i went back to sleep and the "dream" continued and i was talking to this guy i KNEW to be my best friend/crush yet i don't know his name, how i met him, where he's from but i know who he is at the same time. He told me his boyfriend had dyed then looked at a tattoo i had on my arm (in real life i have no tattoo's). it was the letter A (the same logo that is on my hat i wear) and
