This littel girl is a devious devil, what do i do, this is very serious?!?! any advice and opinion is needed.?

sorry if this is long, but i really need help really fast. so my best friend and i go to his house like all the time, his whole family know me by now, its him, his sister and his parents. so we usually go to the basement to watch a movie or play games, but this time it was very different he had to go to the store to get sumthing for his mom, so i was there was all by myself, and then his sister comes out of know where, i kinda know her, or so i thought, she's twelve, im 17 btw, so ya i was ther watchin tv on the big screen and she comes and sits beside me, she says wats up, i say nuthin much, and out of no where hse ask where do babies come from, i hesitate and tell her maybe she should ask her mother, and then idk, she came a bit closer and asked again, i said tht id actually get her mother down here to tell her if she didnt stop asking, then she said "no" and put her hand on my hand, then began to rub it kind of, and wow, out of nowhere she jumps on me and starts to kiss me, she gets a few mouthfuls in before i push her of me, i ask her what she's doin, she told me she always like me and didnt know how to tell me, i told her in the gentlist way i could tht me and her wouldn't and couldnt ever work, plus i have a gf and not to mention she like myown sisters age, eww much.anyway she got really upset and started to cry, so as any guy would have, i comforted her and to my disbeleif she did it again, by now im gettin kinda fed up with this, and tell her sterly tht we wont work tht its jst a crush she has, and this girl never seices to amaze me when she says, she is going tell her parents tht i did sumthing to her sexually, if i didnt do what she wanted, and bye the grace of god my freind jst came back and told his sister to scram, and as she left.... she gave me the dirtiest look i have ever seen in my entire life, now im a nice guy and am kinda shy, my friend asked me y she was with me and i told him tht she jst wanted to ask me sumthing, i could bare tell him what jst happened. so ya what do i do, i thought of never going back to tht house again, but sumtime they ask me to babysit her and if i refuse there going to wonder y, and she has never... i mean she has never done anything like this before, i used to think she was nice and sweet, but idk what to think know, so plz, plz plz, tell me what to do, she actually frightens me now, and her threat seems very plausable, when she said it, do i tell my friend, do i tell the her parents or my parents, or a coucilor, im kinda freaking out here, im certain tht if she says anything to anybody my @ss is gonna be on the line, so plz i need advice.

IF this is a legitimate question, you already know what to do.  Stay away from the girl and her house.  You may lose a friendship over this, but that's better than ending up in jail.  And that is how that story would end.  Don't go back over to her house.

I THINK it should be easy, she is just 12. So kids at these age are kinda stubborn and persistent, they will do anything or everything to get what they want. Kids huh!

You are a nice guy, therefore keep it that way. Do not deviate from your usual self some guy might be tempted to do otherwise but not you. So you must think of a plan to out do what she wants. You got to tell one person you trust so much with vital information, I suppose in these kind of situation it is your mom, confide with her diligently and do not over do it by talking too much she might get a different sign or connotation coming from you. Ask her what is the best thing to do. If she forbid you to go there again you tell her it might give a wrong signal to the other parties esp. the parents of these 12 year old girl. She might pursue her threat and tell different story from the original one and then if you do not visit they think it is for real.

SO you got any of these gadget which is so small nobody notice you got them, a dvd camcorder to record the situation when you are around the house but keep it hidden when she is not around turn it on, knowing she will pass by and do what she do best to tempt you. She might even undress infront of you and ask you 'how is my **** you like 'em?' if you refuse to even look she might scream and shout for rape and you are in the mess. Yes she is practically unpredictable that is why you must POSSESS AN EVIDENCE it is her that has something against you not the other way around, your story must be credible so others will believe you, it is a burden on you since you are a guy not the girl, a girl can cry out WOLF or a false accusation and EVERYBODY will believe the girl because she is a girl.

I remember the song EVIL WOMAN of the electric light orchestra when I read your letter. So keep one person informed of your predicament and plant an evidence of her devious scheme or you got nothing at all.

try your best to avoid being alone with this spoiled little girl and try also to find a polite way with a good reason to apologize from baby sitting her in future or at least until she pass this stage.

You need to share this situation IMMEDIATELY with someone who knows your character, and whom you can completely trust. Ideally your parents, if you are close; if not a counsellor - teacher . . . You will be in a much stronger position once somebody else understands what has happened. They will be able to give you much more detailed advice than we can.

Certainly stay right away from this girl, and in particular avoid being alone with her. By threatening you she has forfeited any right to your sympathy. She too needs a LOT of help, but you must now act to preserve your own reputation.

In appropriate circumstances this could have been a valuable relationship for both of you; what a pity she has destroyed it in such a nasty way.

I  suggest  do not  go back  there.  She really sounds  messed  up.  I think you need  come clean with the  brother that you do not feel comfortable alone  with her as  she seems to have  a  crush on you and you know its wrong. Hopefully he  will understand.  If  he  wants  more  details then tell him.  If he  doesnt  want believe you just  chill and some  day he  will see it for himself. Also keep this  statement for your  evidence  how  it  has  upset you if  you are  accused  of  anything. But  definately leave  her  alone.

Tell your school conciler. Also get her parents alone, sit down, and tell them what happen. If they dont belive you, and they prob won't, get your friend as back up. Best Solution: Try to keep it on a professional level, If she is persistent maybe having s*x is the best solution, She'll end up pregnant but then she can fully understand where babies come from.
