Why do People make the dogs sound like they *need* a mate

For example:

STUD NEEDED. No humans need apply! Only AKC West Highland white terrier male needed for stud purposes only. Needs to be small in weight (10-15 pounds), loving temperament, no skin allergies or health problems, all vaccinations must be current. We have a beautiful little lady to introduce to him. The wedding can be arranged!

LEGIT: Wellness Core or Regular Wellness dog food?

People breed for stupid reason..  for profit, personal desires..  or they just like to "humanize" their dogs..  I dont know how many times I've seen someone say "its my dog's right to have puppies!"

Hmm..  I've never tried wellness..  My dog is doing fine on California Natural.

When someone is looking for a "STUD DOG" It means they are looking for a male to breed with their female(*****). It doesnt mean they want a mate as in a friend. They are looking to have a litter.

OHHH sorry to me it sounded like you didnt know what it meant. I dont know. I'm a vet tech and it drives me crazy too. Especially when I see people come in to get hip and health certifications, to breed and they still do even when they get a satisfactory rating from the vet. They want to make money i guess. Its pretty lame I know.

canidi h  the OP knows what the people are looking for.  She is venting her frustration at the fact they make it sound like the "NEED" to do breed their dog.
