What foods can oxygen be found in if any?

  1. All of the three basic food types, carbohydrates, fats and proteins,  contain some oxygen bound into their structure. The only things which could be called "foods" which do not are some trace elements and possibly some vitamins.  


  2. Fresh fruits and vegetables contain an abundance of oxygen that is dissolved in water. When we eat generous amounts of fresh, raw vegetables and fruits, our intake of oxygen is increased along with the valuable vitamins and minerals these foods contain.
