This may be a dumb question, but can running in the daytime deduct from calories to come? ?

Okay. I like to run in the daytime. Most times, I run at the end of the day (on the treadmill) and then deduct the calories burned from my list of counted calories. I'd rather run in the day-- I'm more pumped then. So my question is after I run and I burn like say 340 calories and then I eat 1200 calories later throughout the day, at the end of the day can I deduct that earlier 340 from my caloric intake, thus making my total calorie intake 806?

  1. I wouldn't cancel those calories all together to re-eat them.  But, if I were you, I'd add maybe 2/3 of the calories you burned running (no matter the time) to your diet.  If your looking to lose weight, eat directly after you run because you become fuller faster and you instantly burn those calories.
