  1. Dogs are pack animals.  This fellow lost his master (mistress?) and his packmate.    He's just dying for companionship.

There are trainers who work with separation anxiety.  Perhaps you could look into that.

  2. The dog seems to like you!

My mum had this problem with a dog we were minding, but luckily the dog would listen to her and was obedient.

She would tell the dog to "sit" and "stay", but in a place where the dog could still see what she was doing. (If the dog couldn't see, it would get up and keep following her!)

Since the dog has such a liking for you, I think you'll find it quite easy to train him to "sit" and "stay", then he can watch you instead of follow you. Make sure though if you leave the room, say "come", then "sit" and "stay" once you're in the new place. Otherwise the dog will become anxious at you leaving him by himself!

  3. my dogs do the same thing it can be annoying at times but i put up with it cause i love dogs very much and if your really busy ask someone to play with him while you are doing whatever it is

  4. the dog likes you.

dont get pissed off. thats cute, and

you shouldnt be mad.. really.. :p

  5. buy him some cool toys and stuff. set up those little fences in certain places around the house and don't give him so much attention, 'cause he'll keep coming back.

  6. Use your hands in a motion as if you were pushing him but do not actually push him If you actually push him you will create  Make sure you say back as you motion him.And when he is backed where you want him to be give him a treat and say good boy but not in an excited way.

  7. Train him to stop. sorry. I don't own a pet. So I don't know much. I understand whoever gives me a thumbs down.

  8. How can you say that. The dog probaly misses his owner and you remind the dog of his owner.

  9. i heard that dogs can get depressed to may be he is just sad that she died and he will get over it by time ! my my god i don't believe i just said that about as dog! well give him something to destract it or try to say away of him like locking ur door so that he gets used to it

  10. hit him..... with a stick

  11. well its because the dog seems lonely and i guess yiur the one to comfort him.maybe if you have anyone that could play with him in a room that will probsly do it.and lock the door so he wont get out

  12. The dog is in mourning of sorts...it seeks the same type of companionship that it had with your grandma. It just makes them a better dog, and makes them seem that much more like humans!

  13. Do you miss your granny?  The dog lost more than you did.  He lost his owner and the other dog.  He is all alone and needs love.  Enjoy him seems he likes you.
