  1. The Ring Magazine belt and a lot of people are going to up the winner at the Top of The P4P list

  3. Ring 175 champion

    Lineal Light Heavyweight title

No Sanctioning body titles (WBA,WBC,WBO, or IBF) are on the line.

  4. It's for The Ring Magazine light heavyweight title, not one of the official belts of a sanctioning body, but the Ring title is regarded across boxing as establishing who is the best in a weight class....

Hopkins is the current champion after beating antonio tarver a couple years back, if Calzaghe wins then he will be regarded in may respects as the best light heavyweight on the planet

  5. No not a stupid question,

Bernards Ring Lineal Light Heavyweight title

    Will be on the line.

None of those alphabet soup b.s belts will be on the line

  6. Yes, Bernard Hopkins' Ring Magazine and true Light Heavyweight championship belt will be on the line.  No alphabet soup or paper titles on the line; only the true Light Heavyweight champion of the world defending his title against the true Super Middleweight champion of the world.  Since Joe Calzaghe will be moving up to challenge Hopkins for his title, Calzaghe's Ring, WBO, WBA, and WBC Super Middleweight titles will not be on the line.

  7. Glad You Asked----They Will Both Get A Box Of Chocolates

  8. No it is not a stupid question at all.  The light heavyweight title is on the line in this fight.

  9. Calzaghe has a super middelweight title but it's not on the line as they are fighting at lightheavyweight.

and it's not a stupid question.

    Good Luck

  10. It is for the "Ring Magazine" belt and the linear title based on the man who beat the man concept. I still think  Chad Dawson will be the man to beat by public demand later this year.
