This may sound stupid...?

Question

how do i put my picture in the box for everyone to see? lol, i had my avatar in there prior, and it was fine, but i wanted to change it to a real picture. When i was looking threw it gave me an option to use my yahoo 360 pic, which i chose, and my pics on that... but it never moved onto my ya answers or questions... :) help ?
