Well, tonight I went to the Buccaneer football game! And, I was standing right next to the pirate ship, it fires off cannons everytime something good happends.. Well it's so loud I have to cover my ears. I'm 20 weeks pregnant, I will be 21 weeks tomorrow & I was just wondering if it could have any effect on my baby on how loud it was? Thanks for any advice.

  1. It won't effect it. Good luck ;)

  2. i asked my doct about that and they said no because its so loud inside ur uturus they bearly affects them.

  3. There are limited studies on loud external noises effects on babies in utero, but she is more insulated from noise than she would be if she were born & if you had her in your arms when you heard the noise. I wouldn't make a habit of it, but once probably won't hurt her.

  4. Im sure your baby heard it,however i dont think youd of hurt your kiddo.

  5. I was pregnant with my oldest daughter when the movie Deep Impact came out. We went to the movies to see it. The LOUD parts actually scared my daughter. I could feel her jump when sounds got loud.I walked out after that.  I know that they hear the loud noises, but I doubt that it harms them. Just be quiet and peaceful for a while. Baby will be fine.

  6. ur baby may  have heard the noise and gotten annoyed at you :) but they should be fine :)
