  1. A journalist is someone who works in the media reporting news. they don't have to work for a newpaper, it could be a magazine, t.v or radio.

  2. journalist ask a lot of questions about a topic or person and learn as much as they can about it or them and then wright about it ever heard of who, what, weir, when, why and How if their is a How

  3. Journalism is the discipline of gathering, writing and reporting news, and broadly it includes the process of editing and presenting the news articles. Journalism applies to various media, but is not limited to newspapers, magazines, radio, and television. Some high schools promote journalism as an elective class.(1)

  4. A journalist is a person that tells the (news) story...hopefully unbiased...and complete in detail..no matter how long that may take. Not the same as a Reporter that just reports a situation or condition. A journalist may in fact get into the situation him/her self and keep a diary so to speak to relay the info at a later time in context. A reporter "sees" a fire...The journalist "just got his butt burnt" trying to get into the mess...lol   (exaggerated)
