  1. I would try a carpet cleaner and a scrub brush and maybe some febrezze if there is still any smell.

  2. Things You’ll Need:

    Several soft cloths

    Carpet or upholstery cleaner

    Baking soda

Step1Open the windows in the room to get the air moving and to help dry the mattress. Turn on a ceiling or oscillating fan as well.

Step2Soak up as much of the urine as you can with a dry towel.

Step3Clean the mattress with a carpet and upholstery cleaner. Scrub with a soft cloth and then soak up any excess fluids with a dry towel.

Step4Let the mattress air dry. This may take about 24 hours, depending on how wet it was.

Step5Spray the mattress with an odor remover spray. Be sure and cover the entire area and a little bit outside of it.

    Step6Let the mattress dry.

Step7Sprinkle baking soda on the mattress if it still smells. Let it sit for 24 hours and then vacuum it off.

  3. There is a wonderful product called Odo Ban that completely removes all odor from any surface.      It has directions on the bottle for use and you can buy it in the pet department at most department/grocery stores.    I have several cats inside and unfortunately one of them (19 years old) had a habit of peeing in my floor and on anything soft - i.e. rugs, towels, etc.  This stuff got rid of the smell and he completely stopped!    Good luck!

  4. you'll have to take a damp cloth with a little cleaner on it and rub it and then let it air dry and spray some lysol on it, that's what i usually do~

  5. As far as cleaning it your best bet would be an upholstery steam cleaner; if you really want to get down in the matress! Also to prevent future problems, buy a vinyl matress cover. That way if she has another accident or if any accident occurs all you have to do is take off the sheets and wipe the matress cover with a rag and cleaner!
