Is there anything that can be done while driving it wet weather conditions such as rain or just after rain to keep the windshield free of fog? What do you find works best?

I keep my defroster on, and the AC on high, cold which seems to help but tonight I was driving home and that didn't seem to help! This usually happens while it's raining or after raining. Am I the only person that has this issue?

  1. not just on jetta's most cars have this problem, Clean the inside of your windshield. If that doesnt work, try one of eagle one fog wipes, the prevent the windows from fogging up, worked for me.......

  2. its normal but i just defrost without ac on but all the way cold

  3. you can treat the inside of your windshield with RainX - it never happens to me now that I did

  4. Turn on your defroster to HOT, fan speed to HIGH and crack a window.

I live in the snow and this is how you get rid of the fog that starts on your windscreen.

    Good Luck
