This picture makes me very angry, should I report this to child protection services??

Question

This person lives in my city and to me this is child abuse. Some people think it's funny but I don't see anything funny about it. Should I report it to myspace or someone higher? I want to email it to child protective services but I can't find the place to do so.

Did you link to the correct VIDEO?  You mention child abuse, but I saw no indication of a child.  The snake and the unseen camera operator were the only ones I saw evidence of.

I'm quite sure the photo is staged. I don't agree with the photo, however, poor taste is not illegal.
