This question concerns businesses, in Garland, TX. Is there a business, where the old Albertson's store was?

This Albertson's store was located, in Garland, Tx. It was on E. Centerville Rd. (I believe.). It was on the corner of Centerville Rd. and Broadway. Several yrs. ago, it went out of business. Then another, independent store took its place...but only for a short period of time. It went out of business, at some point.

What I want to know is this:

Is there a business there, now, at this location? Also, what is the exact address of this location?

Any info you have would be greatly appreciated.

Albertsons was at 822 E Centerville Rd, Garland, TX 75041

I looked at Google Maps streetview and it shows a store called DD's Discounts in there now.

Just found a Dallas Business Journal article about it.
