Question:

This question concerns classmates.com - or as it should be called a total rip-off.

I belonged to classmates.com, for several months. Yesterday, however, I canceled my membership. I was pretty much unsatisfied with their services.

Before I canceled my membership, I had wanted to get in touch with the owner(s) of classmates.com. I had some questions and comments for them. However, I tried the "Help" section...and got nowhere. So, I had no idea how to get in touch with the owner(s). After getting out of the "Help" section, I finally decided to cancel my membership.

However, I still have some questions and comments, for the owner(s).

My question is this: How do I get in touch with them? Can I send them an e-mail?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

If you go to classmates.com at the bottom is a link that says About Classmates Online.  Then at the bottom of that page is a link that says Contact Us

Out of curiosity, why were you so unhappy?
