Do you think Sarah Palin can become a true force in America like Margaret Thatcher of UK?

I see a lot of confidence and ability in this woman. She may hang around for a very long time. I am excited for the American women, they now have a powerful voice that will not be ignored and denied.

  1. Only time will tell. The fem's are going to do every thing they can to destroy her.

  2. Yes

That is exactly what I see Sarah Palin as.  The American Maggie Thatcher.

  3. No, she will not be Margaret Thatcher.

American women have had plenty of powerful voices.  No matter your feelings on Hillary Clinton, she made it possible for Palin to even be nominated.

She's confident, but scary as h**l.  She hit all the ultra conservative marks last night in her speech, but that is not what makes a great international politician.  Playing the fear card earns disrespect internationally.  Look at what the world thinks of Bush.

I wish that she would have spoken more about realistic conservatism rather than pandering to the POW vote, the pro-Bush vote, and the neo-con vote.

She completely represents what the world fears about America.  They see us as overly religious zealots who make anyone who disagrees out to be "evil".

  4. Absolutely! This was a great choice! (You don't think the libbies are going to stay away from this one, do you?)

  5. Can't we just go out on a first date without thinking about marriage?

  6. I was very pleased when he chose her as his running mate.  I think her ability to look at the face of the opponent and growl is what makes her this type of strong force.  She is young, witty, smart and powerful... LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!!!

  7. It's about time that female politicians are cutting the umbilical with their husbands.

  8. I liked her when McCain announced his vp pick and I like her even more after the smack down she gave to the dems.

  9. No,  I cant see the mother of a w***e being a great force.

  10. Obama bin Biden

  11. I think she is insignificant in the grand scheme of things.  I don't think our President or VP have any real say in what's going on behind the curtain.

  12. I felt that Sarah spoke very well last night. She was impressive in the way she addressed the GOP. There is no doubt she was a great choice for VP and was the catalyst the Republican party needed to send John McCain into the White House.

I am soon leaving the the Navy and there is no other man I would want as my commander-in-chief.
