  1. Holy ****! That is by far one of the scariest answers I have seen on here. God d**n! I really hope that you are not the one that wants one of these horrible and unhumane operations done.

  3. I'm afraid you will have to wait until 18 (at least - depends where you live). I'm not sure the type of doctor to go for, I guess you just look up to see people who do it. I think it's a slow process - with counselling, then living as the opposite s*x for a while to show you are serious, then hormone therapy before surgery if you choose. Good luck.

  5. Legally,  in the USA, in nearly all states you have to be 18.  In Nebraska and Alabama it is 19.  In Mississippi it is 21. (referred to as the "age of majority")  It is possible to have a "full" s*x change.  However you will always be genetically the same gender as you are now.  The extent of the change is a matter to discuss with a doctor experienced in that field.  It is a long, complicated and expensive process that will involve hormone therapy and multiple surgeries possibly over a period of a couple of years or more.   Aside from the physical aspects there are the psychological ramifications.  Any competent sexual reassignment surgeon will require that you be evaluated psychologically before the process can begin.  While there are some common issues, each person is unique and thus must be taken on a case by case basis.  If (or when) you start the process it is best if you have someone close to you that can help you cope emotionally with the change.  As for where to have this done, this depends on your location.  s*x change surgeons are usually located in metropolitan areas near large hospitals.  Whatever path you choose,  I wish you the best.  Take care.
