This question is for football experts......i play football and my ball control is not so good........?

i want to have more ball control....while running with the ball i neeb more control of the ball........are there any practices that can help me acheive this........like juggling or something else

  1. A football coach once had his running back hold the ball for a week without putting it down. 24/7! He claimed it helped.


  2. don't run then!!! soon as u get the ball just kick it...anywhere!!!!

  3. practice holding that football really hard. and tell your friends to try to hit the football hard to make u fumble the football. and practice holding really good. practice makes perfect.

  4. set up around 6-7 coans one metre apart and practise zig zag dribbling between them, once youve mastered the 1metre, make the distance in between smaller

  5. when i was a running back, we would do drills to prevent fumbling...

    i found the key was to keep one tip in my hand and the other wedged into my elbow, and to keep my arm down by my side.
