is it okay if my dog eats wheat bread she really likes it and she does a cool trick with it but i need to make sure that it is okay that she eats it

That is more than okay, its actually good for her. carrots and apples are also good.

Steer clear of grapes(which are actually more toxic than chocolate) and garlic.

dogs should not eat chocolate, pork, grapes, onions.  Ideally, you should not feed your pet table food.  I don't think a little wheat bread would hurt her if she is not overweight.  my vet said a little cornbread or ground beef (even raw) would not hurt my pet.

its not in a dogs natural diet to eat wheat. a little is ok but too much can be very bad for her.
