This question is to anyone that has labor union knowledge. Is there a statute of limitations on a NO STRIKE?

clause that was implemented years and years ago. Should the union try and get such clause removed.

  1. From what I understand, the statute of limitations is the end date of the contract. When the company & the union re-negotiate the contract it can be removed or changed. The union will probably have to give up things for it to be removed. It may be better to re-negotiate it to allow strikes for certain circumstances. Strikes have really damaged Unions in the public eyes and should be used carefully.
