I saw a motorcycle accident, the guy ran right into a big rig, I was the first out of the car to help the motorcylce guy.. he was nearly dead... (this is a morbid question) prepare yourself. I went to the scene, I took a look at the guy, and didnt really know what to do.. I called 911 of course but should I have

a) looted the dying man

b) tell the truck driver the dying motorcycle guy is a a*****e and it was his fault

c) Kick the truck driver guys ***

IF     this really happened,    IF,     calling 911,  giving first aide if possible,  securing the scene to prevent further accidents,   and providing a truthful statement to the police are all you can do.      The options you provided are rather stupid.
