This really odd number keeps calling me What do I do??

Ok, so this buisness or I don't know.. I have no clue what it is. It says Telular Security and the number is 678-945-7681. Whenever I pick up, it says nothing. I stay on for a while, not saying anything, and then I say stuff like who are you and all, and I get REALLY weird beeping noises like some robot would make. Try calling the number or figure out what Telular Security is for me, please. I'd be very greatful for that! I'm not understanding it!!

refer the matter to your telecom service provider incase it does not staop in another day.

you have to check it with your phone company ... i don't see any other way to do it.
