Does this sound odd to anyone else? If so, please offer suggestions..

If you who have received credentials before, please be aware that we have your photograph on file from last year. We will be using that photograph for your ID Badge. If you’d like, you may also send in a more recent photograph and we will use that for your ID Badge instead.

If you have not received a credential before, we will be needing a recent headshot photograph of yourself for your ID Badge. Please forward your photograph in JPEG format to our manager (insert name here) via email at (insert email address here).

  1. If you have received credentials before, please be aware that we have your last year's photograph on file. We will be using that for your ID Badge. You may also send in a more recent photograph for your ID Badge, if you prefer.

If you have not received a credential before, a recent headshot photograph is required. Please email your photograph in JPEG format to our manager (insert name here)  at (insert email address here.)

    Hope this helps!

  2. This year’s ID badges will feature photographs currently on file, but feel free to send a more recent photograph.

If you still require accreditation for an ID badge, please provide a recent headshot of yourself. Forward this in JPEG format to our manager (insert name here) via email at (insert email address here).

  3. If you have previously received credentials, your photograph is on file and will be used for your ID Badge unless you would prefer to provide a more recent photograph.

If you have not previously received credentials, a recent headshot is required for your ID Badge. Please forward your photograph in JPEG format to our (securities?) manager (name) at (email).

That would be my take on it.
