This time is from last year.Is it good for the 100m when I was 11?

Yes,that was good,but have you thought of maybe competing in longer events.

You may be more adept at 220,440,etc...

14.25 FOR A HUNDRED METERS AT 11 YEARS OLD IS PRETTY FAST. BUT ILL SAY DON'T MISS YOUR SPEED-WORK DAYS THAT ARE SCHEDULE  AND DO 15 TO 25 100 METER SPRINTS ALL OUT 3 TIMES A WEEK. BUT BE SURE TO PUT ICE ON YOUR LEGS WHEN THEY FEEL SORE TRUST ME U WILL NEED IT.

yes! you certainly won't be an elite runner, but you might run in the low 11's by the time you finish highschool
